Information you submit
The project form collects the contact and property information you enter, including your name, email, optional phone number, role, property location and project description. Do not submit payment information, resident records, access codes or other sensitive documents through the form.
We use this information to review your inquiry, respond to you and coordinate potential follow-up with our Tulsa installation partner. Submitting the form authorizes contact about that inquiry; it does not sign you up for a newsletter or create a construction agreement.
Service providers
The site is hosted on Vercel. Form messages are delivered through Resend. Google reCAPTCHA helps detect automated submissions and may process device and interaction information. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service. Hosting and security services may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request logs.
Sharing and retention
Your inquiry may be shared with the installation partner so it can respond about the property. We do not sell inquiry information to unrelated advertisers. We retain correspondence as needed to respond, maintain business records and resolve questions. Avoid sending information you would not want included in an email conversation.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete submitted contact information or stop further follow-up by replying to our response or using the contact form. We may retain records where needed for legitimate business or legal obligations. External source links lead to websites with their own privacy practices.
